Scott and Kevin both were great to work with on our latest purchase. This is the second RV we have purchased at Brandon RV. Scott ensured or new RV was all set at our site even making sure the refrigerator was cold and ready to be filled. Kevin got us a great rate on the financing and went through everything page by page. We haven't had any service done on our new camper yet but or experience with them on our last RV was exceptional. From beginning to end we would highly recommend Brandon RV. The next time we want to upgrade we know where to go.

Just picked up our 2021 Vintage Cruiser on March 26th, 2021. I don't usually write feedback about purchases of anything but I feel compelled to comment on this purchase. 5/5 stars all the way. We looked at other models at local dealers and just got bad vibes from them all. Like buying a car. Corresponded via email with Jim the owner a few times and got honest answers, not sales pressure. Decided to road trip to VT from CT just to look in Dec. 2020 (4.5 hour drive). Ended up placing a deposit on our new Vintage Cruiser. Here's where it gets good..........

1. Jim allowed us to leave it on the lot and pick it up when the weather go warmer. 12" of snow was on the ground then.

2. Jim suggested we stay over night and use the camper before driving off the lot. If anything didn't work they could fix it the next day. The only problem we had was loose water connection at the water pump. Richard and the service crew fixed it the next day.

3. Richard and the service crew walked us through the camper the next day and showed us how to use everything.

4. They professionally installed our new anti-sway system on my truck and thoroughly explained how to use it.

5. We got starter kit (sewer hose, cleaner, other little things)

6. Got a battery and two full propane tanks also provided.

The ride home was no problem going around the speed limit and pulling it with a Nissan Frontier truck.

Wow! The only problem now....there is so much storage space, I am arguing with my wife about not overloading the camper with useless stuff.
